| Cook County’s State’s Attorney Richard Devine has announced that his office will become the first in the nation to provide victims of domestic violence with lawyers who will help them get out of abusive relationships. The yearlong pilot program to battle domestic violence will help remove the obstacles that prevent victims from prosecuting.
